Leafhopper - Oncometopia orbona
Sand Springs, Osage County, Oklahoma, USA

Size: 8mm (5/16")
Body shape sort of resembles Paraulacizes irrorata here but obviously it isn't the same. Also, what is that white spot on its left side ? It isn't glare from the flash or a reflection because the same spot in the same location shows up in both pics that are at different angles.
Please help with ID.
