Moved from Scolioidea.

There's no entirely black scoliid within range (and the one that does occur in the desert southwest doesn't have any light hairs on the gaster). This is more likely a tiphiid or similar wasp that isn't treated under Scolioidea. Venation isn't fully visible, but what I see doesn't align with the family. Please make sure you're familiar with a taxon before moving files, thanks.
