Feeding on the nectar/gathering pollen from the flower of a brownspine prickly pear (Opuntia phaeacantha) growing alongside the Givens-Spicer-Lowry Trail.

This individual and a few conspecifics, plus a species of ant, were all peacefully sharing the flower's space and provisions.
