Suspected Cuterebra arizonae - Cuterebra - male

Suspected Cuterebra arizonae - Cuterebra - Male
Umatilla Wildlife Refuge, Morrow County, Oregon, USA
September 2, 2021
Size: one inch
I took this picture at the viewing platform on the McCormack Unit of the Umatilla Wildlife Refuge on the Columbia river. It looks like the pictures on this site of Cuterebra arizonae, but it is a long way north of the Sonoran desert. Is it a look-alike, or has this species followed the warming temperatures north?

Moved from ID Request.

With luck, others will be able to confirm the species.
