I sent this specimen to Peter Messer who was able to ID with the specimen in hand, thank you Peter for your assistance and I'll move the images to Bradycellus (Bradycellus) harpalinus.

 
Representative of the paler immature state
of Bradycellus harpalinus which might cause taxonomic confusion at first. Look for the mentum tooth which is essential for "Bradycellus".
