Meinertellidae: Machiloides?
This one might be in the family Meinertellidae since it apparently lacks scales on the antennae. In this family the genus Machiloides Silvestri is known from your region. One species, Machiloides banksi Silvestri is known from Virginia according to Wygodzinsky and Schmidt (1980), but I am not be able to identify your animal from this photograph.
