Predatory Stink Bug - Podisus maculiventris

Size: Less than 1"
This stink bug captured and pierced a ladybug larva on a common milkweed (Asclepias syriaca) around 9:45 a.m. This area is a pollinator strip in a mostly organic farm area between rows of potatoes. I think it is a predatory stink bug in the genus Podisus.
