WA Black Crab spiders
I'm not positive this comment applies to your specimen, but I asked Rod Crawford to ID one of my black crab images and this is what he replied...

"Coriarachne brunneipes or Bassaniana utahensis
This is either Coriarachne brunneipes or Bassaniana utahensis. The key feature is whether the large setae on the carapace have pointed ends (Coriarachne) or blunt ends (Bassaniana)."
