Size: 7-8mm
75F warm breeze at night. This is the first time of 3-4 times that it has been warm enough up in this flat high spot to attract insects to a UV light.

It was unusual to me in having a elongated semi-circular pterostigma, which I hadn't seen before.

a similar wasp
I happened across this https://bugguide.net/node/view/1453284
which looks very similar. There's a comment about the antennae. I don't have access to that full-sized image to see details better, so can you explain the difference so I know what to look for please?
