Are these insect eggs?

Are these insect eggs?
San Antonio , Bexar County, Texas, USA
September 22, 2021
Size: Very small
I first noticed a strand of these hanging right where I open my community mailbox door. It almost looks like it’s man made because the little white dots are in a perfectly straight row . Then I saw another one right near my doorbell here. It used to be perfectly straight row also but now looks like it’s been agitated or moved a little so the dots are not straight in a row anymore. The one inside my key lock mailbox has been there a couple weeks atleast and has not changed .

Moved from ID Request.

Most likely lacewing eggs

Tiny white dots in a row
Thankj you! That definitely looks like what it is!
