Mantis egg case and? - Tenodera angustipennis

Mantis egg case and? - Tenodera angustipennis
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
September 21, 2021
Size: Approx 1.5 - 2 inches

a mantid ootheca like this one.

That seems like it, especiall

What species is that?

And Above that is unrelated, just a bug wrapped in a web?

Thanx much
