Thanks for photo advice. This guy (and others like it) was found under a doormat outdoors along with a bunch of slightly larger winged roaches that looked like this: https://bugguide.net/node/view/2042529/bgimage. Are we SURE it's not a nymph?

 
yes, 'we' are ))))))
it has wings, which rules out the nymph option
