Size: Maybe around 10 mm?
My measurement is more or less nose to wingtip. Came to the light at night. Leptoceridae (Longhorned Caddisflies) ???

I'm just not sure beyond family. This is a rather distinctive specimen; perhaps someone else recognize it.
