Size
Estimated wingspread of 40-44 mm.
Identification
Forewing whitish with large discal spots sometimes with a small black basal dash. Hind wings are tinged with gray.
Range
Coastal British Columbia to California.
Habitat
Coastal areas sand dunes.
Season
Adults have been found from July to September.
Food
Larvae have been found on Abronia sp (sand verbena) and Polygonum sp.
