Platynus hypolithos
based on my microscopic examination of this specimen. Not so apparent in image are the uneven intervals and distinctive setigerous punctures spread across the elytra. Thanks Tom.

I'll wait for Peter to look at the specimen, since there isn't a guide page yet for this genus.
