Seems to be a new one for Bug Guide. Perhaps something in Toxophorinae? (Geron or Toxophora.) But I'm no expert.

That little dude in the foreground must really be tiny! Minute pirate bug, perhaps?

the little dude is very tiny. One of those things you don't even see until you blow up the image on your computer. I really don't have a guess as to what it is.
