Arizona Moth for ID - Renia mortualis - female

Arizona Moth for ID - Renia mortualis - Female
2 miles SW of Onion Saddle, Chiricahua Mts., Cochise County, Arizona, USA
August 19, 2021
Suggested ID - Renia mortualis Hodges 8389. Compares well with MPG images, especially BOLD examples accessed through MPG. One characteristic differing from most other similar Litter Moth species is that the dark band passes above the reniform spots rather then through them such as for Bent-winged Owlet Bleptina caradrinalis . Another specimen from the same collecting date and setup submitted as image 2047799. Would need guide page if confirmed. On sheet with a Bioquip UV black light.
