This is Blue-eyed Darner (Rhionaeschna multicolor) based on the face, frons, and S2 pattern.

Aeshna sp.
Definitely in the "darner" famiy Aeshnidae. Probably a species of Aeshna. This is probably a "teneral," a recently-emerged adult that has yet to achieve full pigmentation. Makes ID really difficult:-)
