The lighting is a little off -
But I can point you to the genus Oligia. There, the O. indirecta is similar, but I can't say for sure.

Thanks. I have a hard time with pics taken at night, even with various flash intensity. This one appeared very dark.

Oligia
You're right on with the genus, but I'm fairly certain this is species Oligia tusa.
