Thionia obrienae
An Issid (Fulgoroidea).
This species has never been illustrated before, so the identification is tentative. It may actually be a junior synonym of T. quinquata (described from a female from NC) that looks like this. Males (7 mm)are much smaller than females (8-10 mm), so this specimen is a male.
