Size: miniscule- <1/8 inch
One of the weirdest things I've ever seen. Couldn't get a good shot on account of its size. When it flew it reminded me of a maple seed helicopter... kinda just went straight up really slowly.

This is a wooley aphid. The furry stuff is actually wax its body makes.
