Moved from Callibaetis.

Aha redux
Cloeon dipterum!!!

Of course!
Not only the same day and the same location but on the male I said "it does match some of the images I have found on the web", the ones it didn't match seem to match these!

Bingo
The European photos of the distinctive females were the clinchers. It's pretty unusual that a female mayfly would be the decisive factor in giving confidence to an ID! It's also an interesting coincidence that they share the ovoviviparous trait with some Neartic Callibaetis, which is what I thought they were.

Moved from Mayflies.

Probably...
a female imago of the Heptageniidae. Might be Leucrocuta, but it's really hard to say from this view.

I think I found another image of this same individual. I hope this might help with the ID.

Aha!
Not a heptageniid at all. This appears to be a female Callibaetis imago. It's a bit unusual for Callibaetis, and I believe it is probably the same species as Stephen Luk's specimen. Funny that I couldn't recognize it from the top view. 8{

Thanks
I'm glad I found the other image!
