Moth ID answer to Web question
I just found out that Daniel had taken on the challenge of finding the ID to this moth after seeing its photo on another Web site. He used that photo to post on bugguide.net to see if anyone recognized it. Apparently I was the first to view his posting among users of this site who recognized the moth. Spotted moth - basic info
Hey everyone, I just recieved a reply from the owner of the pic. The basic info is:
Size: about 25 mm long, 40mm wide (probably a little less)
Spotted in: Bangor, Maine, in a bathroom
Date: March 31, 2005
Time: 9 pm
