Hyperaspini,
but this is Brachiacantha stephani, a newly described species by Gordon(1). A male (fortunately), and a frontal image should convince any species determination doubters. Very location specfic (your local appears very close) - see new guide page for additional details.

nice find of a very localized ladybird, the first web image available (and likely to remain that way for some time)!
