Yes, tree cricket:-)
This is an adult of the two-spotted tree cricket, Neoxabea bipunctata. Very nice specimen, too.

I thought it was a tree cricket, but I had only seen green ones before.

 
Looks more developed than in Wisconsin
...are you in the southern part of Indiana? The 4 I am raising (along with siblings still on the crabapple tree outdoors) are 14mm or less.

 
Southern Indiana
I am within 10 miles of the Ohio river. My estimated length is just that. I didn't think to measure him at the time and by the time I submitted the photo, I had to give it a rough estimate.

I'm doing an informal study of Tree Crickets. Your length estimate is probably accurate. My tree crickets do not yet have adult coloration like yours, and only have stubby little wings.
