Seen at 6:12 AM. So sorry for the pixelation--I hope this image counts as sufficiently good (apologies if it doesn't), as it's unfortunately the only one I got prior to this guy's flying off. Taken near an open area with cottages: specifically, about 100-300 meters down a forested portion of the Victoria Rail Trail (a flat, graveled one; mostly mixed forest ranked "Fair" overall in terms of conditions; immediate area's wetland cover ranked "Excellent") and concurrently about 20-30 meters away from the waterfront of Cameron Lake (east side). From what I can tell, sitting on Acer platanoides. I would absolutely love a second opinion on this guy! Thanks so much!
