I'm a little confused
If you have an ID already on insects from two different orders, I wasn't sure why you posted this under "ID request". Are you looking for confirmation on one, or both, of the specimens? And would your aim be to have the image permanently placed under Hemiptera or Hymenoptera?

Sorry for the confusion!
