Moth with antenna-like palps - Palthis angulalis

Moth with antenna-like palps - Palthis angulalis
Big Beef Research Station, Kitsap County, Washington, USA
July 19, 2008
Size: ~10 mm
The antennae of this little moth are plain & filiform (barely visible above the eye in this picture), but its mouthparts have a plume-like structure... any idea what kind of moth this is? Thanks.

Pretty sure Illia-Shaundra Chavez is right. I'm guessing that the moth parts were not expanded when the moth was live.

I've never seen such
Palps - But I know by wing pattern and shape, that is the Dark Spotted Palthis, Palthis angulalis.

Thanks!
I'll try and look at the moth from other angles as well to get a better sense of the wing patterns and shape.
