Hexagenia
Hi Naomi-

I believe this female subimago to be of genus Hexagenia, either Hexagenia limbata or Hexagenia rigida, both of which are known to be present in Ontario, but require microscopic examination of the male imago's genitalia in order to differentiate from one another.
