I cannot even remotely agree. Antennae this long are significantly more likely to indicate a braconid, not an ichneumonid. This would be much more likely to be a male Macrocentrinae. The hind trochanters are also suspiciously elongate for an ichneumonid. But without a view of wing venation visible, we lose a major distinguishing trait.
