I been tossing this moth around for several months, knowing I could ID it. Its just too distinctive. Well, I need some help, please?

You are right. It is distinctive. It is the Horned Spanworm Moth.

Thanks for your help. Do you happen to know if Bug Guide searchs "Remarks?" I always try to add identifiers of how I would search but don't repeat anything in remarks.

I think it does
you could always test that by planting an unlikely word like elephant and trying a search on it. : ) Actually I just searched elephant and coame up with a lot of comments, but not this one. there may be a delay in getting picked up - I seem to remember that from other situations. Before you get too many images in the guide, think about putting your initials in your identifiers too - it can be very handy when you want to just look at your own moths, bees or whatever.
