Tentative - Fotella notalis
I had thought so too, but was discouraged by how different a lot of the images (especially the current California Bugguide images) were from mine. I see from BOLD and MPG how it can vary, but didn't see any image anywhere that seemed a lot like mine enough to place it. It does approach the MPG spread image (E. Metzler), and a few in BOLD, enough for me now to risk taking the blame for placing it there in Bugguide, at least as tentative. If anyone else has a better idea they are welcome to come after me about it.
