After going through all the images in the "Greenbug" section, Andy added, by email: "The yellow one near the bottom is the only one that is not obviously Macrosiphini... It is a very nice picture, and it might be something unusual for BugGuide, but I do not recognize it."
With that unusual host plant, maybe it will be identifiable someday--especially if you can find adults.
