I'm not exactly sure what this is, but the wing color is wrong for citrinipennella (also the phallus stalk looks short compared with the ones I've dissected). Do you have a photo of it with the wings spread? Hindwings can be very informative for these oak feeders...

These are the only pictures of the moth. I didn't spread any of them to check the hind wings.

I was hoping Tony might be able to check the hindwings--when I saw his name under this photo, I thought he had posted it and might see my comment here, but now I see that I was mistaken.

He just keeps the abdomen with the genitalia.
