I found this pretty little wasp on Tansy flowers . I really don't know what type of wasp this is and would like to . Thanks , sincerely Beth

Mason wasp.
This is a mason wasp in the family Vespidae, subfamily Eumeninae, and genus Euodynerus. Not sure which species, but E. hidalgo is a good bet. Do wait for comments from Matthias Buck. Great shot!
