Melanoplus differentialis
I'm not absolutely positive, but I think this is much more likely to be M. differentialis than M. bivittatus. It appears that both species could be in the area, but this is far south for M. bivittatus. The nymphs are very similar, but the pattern on the hind femur is more in keeping with M. differentialis, and I think, of the two, it's the more likely to be seen in this area.
