NOT Enicospilus purgatus
Wing venation isn't terribly clear, but cell 2M seems to be too tall to be Enicospilus (and even then, the region that would have sclerites in that genus isn't visible, so a species ID would be a blind guess). I'd suspect this is an Ophion, but other traits really aren't showing up here to be able to have much certainty. In the least, we can certainly rule out Netelia based on cell 2M being angular.
