Size: ~25mm
Seen in our garden, on Eriogonum gigantaeum. Maybe another Hemipepsis ustulata but somewhat smaller than the specimen I saw the next day .

Gary, Eric is correct, of course! He has eleven flagellomeres and they are fat. There is no doubt here. Thanks
