Pseudexentera - Pseudexentera spoliana

Pseudexentera - Pseudexentera spoliana
Prairie Haven, Buffalo County, Wisconsin, USA
March 30, 2020
I'm thinking this one could be either Pseudexentera spoliana or Pseudexentera cressoniana. We have lots of oaks and maples, but no Shagbark Hickories - that I know of - closer than a few miles. (We do have Bitternut Hickories closer than that.) So maybe P. spoliana is more likely?

Moved from Pseudexentera.

Kyle Johnson confirms this is P.spoliana because of the orange-brown apical scales. Probably a male, with less contrasting markings than a female.

Moved to family so someone might be more likely to see it.
