Bugs on Pomegranate Tree - Leptoglossus zonatus
Phoenix, AZ, Maricopa County, Arizona, USA
July 28, 2008
Size: 1 inch
Hundreds of these swarming tree, particularly on pomegranate fruits. Appreciate help with ID...

Moved
Moved from Leaffooted Bugs.

Moving...
Moving to family level to clear out ID Request section.

Even though I am sure of the as being Leptoglossus zonatus, I will stop at family level. If I am correct, this will be the first image of a nymph stage for this species.

Not an expert but...
with the white/yellow spots on the pronotum, it can be none other than Leptoglossus zonatus.
