Think this is the green version of C. pendulinaria. There are only two Cyclophora species in BC - pendulinaria and dataria and dataria tends to occur in dryer areas whereas we see adult pendulinarias fairly often. Also looks like a good match for Tatum's book on Lepidoptera of Vancouver Island and for Wagner's
