What happened to the abdomen?

 
Pretty common in alcohol-killed specimens
abdomen becomes distended sometimes in alcohol, sometimes it dries back to "normal" position, sometimes not.
Abdomens can also be distended naturally due to gravid or engorged state of specimen.
