Either Idaea bonifata Hodges 7102 or Idaea nibseata Hodges 7103. On a sheet with a Bioquip UV black light.

Idaea nibseata
With the finely dotted fringe, small dashes for the terminal line, and mega wavy doubled ST line, I would vote for Idaea nibseata.
