looks like Ichneumonoidea to
looks like Ichneumonoidea to me. That is, either Braconidae or Ichneumonidae. I've definitely seen that individual species before, but I never got it ID'd.

 
Definitely an ichneumonoidean ...
... and although the wing venation isn't clear, based on what I can see of the petiole in the middle image, I'm fairly confident this is in the family Ichneumonidae, so I'll move it to that page.
