mason wasp (4 tooth?) - Parazumia symmorpha

mason wasp (4 tooth?) - Parazumia symmorpha
Ridgeway, Iowa County, Wisconsin, USA
July 10, 2021
I am guessing this is a female (Because the face is totally black) 4 toothed mason/potter wasp ( manobia quadridens). I am using the ant as a size comparison. I have not found why some pictures of this species has 1 yellow ring and others have several yellow rings (does that mean different species or age? ) I am adding pics of other angles for better ID chances...
