Indeed it is.
In company of Tomocerinae (bottom left) and Dicyrtomidae juvenile (bottom right).

To distinguish ...
Isotoma from Isotomurus :
in Isotoma macrosetae are present on all body segments
in Isotomurus macrosetae are present only on the posterior body segments (as in your specimen)
