There appear to be two specimens here
Both are Indiopsocus bisignatus. You are right, it takes skill and luck to photograph psocids!

How'd you get such a clear image of such a small insect?

 
I was using the Nikon coolpix
I was using the Nikon coolpix AW130 on macro mode along with a LED flashlight. Not all the images are clear :)- sometimes you get lucky.
