Dry grass / twig egg protection - Psyche casta
New Lowell, Clearview, Ontario, Canada
Size: 1 cm
These were built all over our property. I have never seen them before. They are around 1 cm long and made of dry grass or twigs. I cannot find similar images anywhere. Maybe some sort of wasp egg nest?
