Syrphid Fly Larva - Epistrophella emarginata

Syrphid Fly Larva - Epistrophella emarginata
Fort Bragg, Cumberland County, North Carolina, USA
June 17, 2005
I went back to the same place and got this shot. Maybe the black trail of stuff and the fact that it's headed toward aphids will help. I also noticed that is was very flat today.
