Size: ~11 mm
On Baccharis flowers growing on the shore of the Gila River at 12:00 pm. A yellow-marked species with abdominal bands on all segments and an additional band on T1 as described on BugGuide #40397. Actually, Dr. Buck's ID was a bit after the posting and movement to subfamily. The ID URL info. was added once his ID came through.
